Partial Planning services by Pink Door Events  is included with the price of the venue:

​

  • Unlimited email correspondence with Rachel, owner of Pink Door Events

  • Rental company coordination and communication for orders, drop offs and pick ups.  All large rentals must go through Pink Door Events. 

  • Preferred and professionally vetted vendor list.

  • Access to your own wedding planning portal that houses a detailed planning checklist, calendar, your guest list, timeline, layout, vendor contacts and many helpful notes.

  • Digital venue layout.

  • Wedding day timeline development.

  • Day-of coordination and on-site the day of the wedding.

  • Day-of vendor management.

  • On site to run ceremony rehearsal, venue walk-through and decor drop off the day before your wedding.

  • Set up of your approved personal decor such as card box, guest book, table numbers, seating chart, place cards, menus, etc.

  • Break down and boxing up of personal decor items for you to take with you that night or pick up the next day.

  • House linen order, set up and clean up.

  • 3 in person or virtual planning meetings for the ground work phase, design phase and logistics phase.​​​​​

We are happy to provide both catering and bar services for your event.
